Return and Refund Policy

At KollegeNeeds, we aim to deliver quality products to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch and the product is already in transit, refund will be processed only after deduction of actual shipping charges incurred.

2. Return to Origin Cases

If an order is returned due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect or incomplete address

Wrong mobile number

Refusal to accept delivery

Any misinformation provided by the customer

It will be treated as Return to Origin.

In such cases, refund will be processed only after deduction of:

Forward shipping charges

Return shipping charges

Packaging charges if applicable

Refund will be initiated only after the product is received back and verified.

3. Returns Due to KollegeNeeds Error

Return is eligible for full refund without shipping deduction only in case of:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Defective product delivered

Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Valid photo or video proof must be provided to establish that the issue occurred from our side.

If proper proof is not provided within 48 hours, return request may be rejected.

4. Non Returnable Situations

Return requests will not be accepted in case of:

Change of mind

Minor variations in product appearance

Delay caused by courier services

Used or damaged product after delivery

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed after:

Product is received back

Product is inspected and verified

Refund timelines depend on the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non refundable except where error is proven from KollegeNeeds side.
