1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
• Chandigarh
• Mohali
• Panchkula
• Rest of India
2. Same Day Delivery in Tricity
Same day delivery is available only in:
• Chandigarh
• Mohali
• Panchkula
Delivery Time Window
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the same day between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
Same day delivery is subject to:
• Operational feasibility
• Product availability
3. Free Delivery Eligibility
Chandigarh
• Free delivery on orders above ₹199.
• Orders below ₹199 will attract a ₹49 shipping charge.
Mohali and Panchkula
• Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 will attract a ₹49 shipping charge.
Same day delivery remains available in Tricity even if the order does not qualify for free delivery. Applicable shipping charges will apply.
4. Delivery Outside Tricity (Rest Of India)
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 will attract a ₹99 shipping charge.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
• Location
• Courier partner serviceability
5. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
6. Shipping Charges Summary
• Chandigarh below ₹199: ₹49
• Mohali and Panchkula below ₹499: ₹49
• Rest of India below ₹999: ₹99
Applicable shipping charges will always be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
7. Cancellation and Returns
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or returned due to customer related reasons:
• Applicable forward shipping charges will be deducted.
• Return shipping charges may also be deducted.
Return shipping charges will not be deducted only if:
• The return is due to an error from KollegeNeeds.
• Proper proof is provided within the required time.
Refund will be processed only after:
• Product is received back.
• Product is inspected and verified.
8. Delays and Responsibility
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
• Courier partner delays
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Public holidays
• Unforeseen circumstances
KollegeNeeds shall not be liable for delays beyond its operational control.
