2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.
KollegeNeeds reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for providing correct:
Full name
Mobile number
Complete shipping address
Pin code and landmark details
KollegeNeeds shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or Return to Origin caused due to:
Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Wrong mobile number
Any form of misinformation provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, it will be treated as Return to Origin and shipping charges will be deducted as per refund policy.
4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
If a customer cancels an order after dispatch and the product is already in transit, refund will be processed only after deduction of actual shipping charges incurred.
If an order is returned due to:
Customer refusal
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Incorrect contact details
Any customer related issue
It will be treated as Return to Origin.
In such cases, refund will be processed only after deduction of:
Forward shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Packaging charges if applicable
Refund will be issued only after the product is received back and verified.
5. Returns Due to KollegeNeeds Error
If a product is returned due to an error from KollegeNeeds such as:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product dispatched
Defective product at the time of delivery
Shipping charges will not be deducted.
However, the customer must provide valid proof within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence may be required.
If proof is not provided within the specified time, the return will not qualify for full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on courier partners.
KollegeNeeds is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier service issues
Natural events
Incorrect information provided by the customer
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed only after:
Product is received back
Product is inspected and verified
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method.
Shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the fault is proven to be from KollegeNeeds side.
8. Limitation of Liability
KollegeNeeds shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses
Courier delays
Customer negligence
Incorrect usage of products
Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including logo, branding, images, and descriptions belongs to KollegeNeeds. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Privacy
Use of this website is governed by the Privacy Policy dated 1 April 2026.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or related to KollegeNeeds shall be subject exclusively to:
District Courts of Chandigarh
Punjab and Haryana High Court
No other court shall have jurisdiction.
